Job Description:
The EHS Group Lead oversees daily environmental, health, and
safety operations at the facility, ensuring compliance with all
relevant regulations and supervising technician-level staff. This
role focuses on environmental reporting, process standardization,
and supporting Lean-driven waste reduction, while collaborating
closely with leadership to promote continuous improvement and

Responsibilities Environmental Compliance & Reporting Oversee
adherence to all relevant environmental regulations, including
RCRA, CWA, CAA, EPCRA, SPCC, and local requirements. Manage the
timely and accurate submission of environmental reports at federal,
state, and local levels. Maintain documentation and digital records
in an audit-ready state. Coordinate with external vendors for waste
disposal and related maintenance tasks. Health & Safety Oversight
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, including the upkeep and
posting of OSHA 300 logs. Lead or delegate routine safety
inspections for spill kits, eyewash stations, fire extinguishers,
and PPE supplies. Oversee incident documentation, investigations,
and follow-up using root cause analysis. Manage workers'
