Doing: Creating functional, personalized treatment plans focused on
what actually matters — independence. Completing home safety
evaluations (without turning anyone’s house into a renovation
show). Educating patients and caregivers like the OT rockstar you
are. Documenting in a user-friendly EMR that won’t haunt your
evenings. Making a real impact — and actually getting to see it.

Therapist) in Massachusetts At least 1 year of clinical experience
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently, but also collaborate when needed
Experience with EMRs preferred (we promise ours isn’t a nightmare)
Home health experience is a bonus, but we’ll help you ramp up
