Cardiovascular Technologist Location: Medford, MA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,353 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/8/2026 About the Position Job Title: Cardiac Sonographer Profession: Cardiac Sonographer Specialty: Cardiac Sonographer Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8x5 Days Hours per Shift: 24-30 hours Experience: 1-2 years preferred License: RDCS or ARDMS required Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography required, Bachelor's Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred Description: We are seeking a part-time Echo Tech to support our practice on-site Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. We are flexible with the shift times based on the candidate's availability. Responsibilities include performing routine echocardiograms to evaluate different aspects of the heart, such as chamber size, valve function, and blood flow. The technologist must also review charts, explain procedures to patients, and maintain ultrasound equipment. Assists the physician as needed. Communicates with cardiologists regarding all echocardiogram findings. Maintains equipment, supplies, and inventory. Assists staff with protocols and workflows.
