Responsibilities: Provide guidance and assist clients in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose real-time, creative solutions to suit their needs Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matter with the upmost integrity and discretion Perform comps for market analysis to estimate properties' value Display and market property to prospective buyers Prepare all necessary paperwork including contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc. Maintain and update listings with available properties Communicate effectively with develop networks with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices Requirements and Skills: Proven working experience in related fields, sales and/or academic experience Ability to work independently combined with exceptional interpersonal skills Emphasis on strong sales, negotiation and communication skills Real Estate Agent License or in process of completing classes Google Suite familiarity HubSpot experience preferred, but not requiredJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $44,589.69 - $174,739.48 per yearSchedule: Monday to Friday Self-determined schedule Weekend availabilityExperience: Sales: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification: Real Estate License (Preferred)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brookline, MA 02446
