programResponsibilities:Analyzes the financial results of
operations for supportive Sr. Housing communities, including actual
results vs. plan and revenue and expense analysisPrepares annual
budgets, and financial reports for external distributionProvides
financial analysis and support to the Housing management
teamEnsures compliance with HUD and MA Housing financial
regulations and tax credit financing requirementsGather data for
and/or complete various ongoing and ad hoc analyses, such as FTEs,
and other operating and financial analyses as may be
assigned.Accounting and analysis for capital spending, including
construction project costs, capital needs assessments and capital
reserve funds and budgetsPrepares supporting schedules and
documentation for annual auditsActs as a liaison for tax credit
financing arrangementsPrepares cash flow projections for operations
and projectsActs as a subject matter expert and assists in the
training of other fiscal staffSupports the implementation and
maintenance of financial information systemsSupports compliance
with departmental policies, procedures, objectives and regulatory
requirementsRequired Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance or
Accounting with 7-10 years of experienceAdvanced knowledge of Excel
and accounting software systemsAdvanced knowledge of Generally
Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Ability to work independently,
prioritize work, manage processes and complete assigned tasks with
a high degree of accuracyAble to communicate clearly and
professionally with staff, residents and their familiesMust be
flexible, detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task
competentlyMust have the ability and willingness to perform other
related Fiscal duties as requiredPreferred Qualifications:Master
degree preferred but not requiredHUD Housing experience/LITHC
preferred but not required
