This isn't a pure admin role, you'll be the owner of a world-class interview process that makes every candidate touchpoint feel personal, intentional and memorable.Process Ownership

• Own and execute multi-stage interview workflows that scale without losing the human touch
• Partner with our Talent Lead to create seamless candidate experiences that set us apart
• Identify bottlenecks before they happen and optimize for both speed and quality
• Master Ashby to build workflows that work harder so our team can focus on what mattersCandidate Experience
  • Build authentic relationships with every candidate who walks through our door
  • Ensure each touchpoint reinforces why top talent chooses us
  • Balance advocacy with process integrity, you're their champion and our quality control
  • Turn interview logistics into relationship momentsSystems & Standards
    • Document everything that matters, automate what makes sense
    • Create processes that maintain our bar as we grow from 70 to 250 people
    • Think in systems while acting with empathy
    • Build the operational foundation for a world-class talent functionWhat We're Looking For In You
