Sullivan Tire currently has an opportunity for a Sales and Service Writer to join our growing Auto Service division.

We are a family owned and operated business with over 100 locations throughout New England including 15 Commercial Truck Centers and 2 Bandag retread manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities and Duties

Customer service focus greeting customers, fulfilling needs, fostering a positive friendly environment and loyal customer base.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven sales track record in a retail environment
2 years of experience
Strong telephone skills with the ability to provide customers with product information, schedule appointments, and handle their tire and auto service needs
Solid understanding of tire and auto service industry mechanical knowledge
Dependable Transportation
Verifiable Work History
High School Diploma or equivalent. Technical Degree a plus!
