Job Description:

Our client, a local pediatric hospital, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join an internal department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, pay close attention to detail, have the ability to manage confidential information, as well as the ability to be a team player. A background in healthcare is preferred, but not required.Key Responsibilities:Executive administrative support to two Vice PresidentsHeavy calendar management, handling matters of significant confidentialityInteraction with executives across the enterpriseBilling/invoice managementHeavy work in Microsoft Office - Excel and PowerPoint especiallyQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's/Bachelor's preferredMUST have supported executives at VP level or aboveMicrosoft Office and Zoom experienceThis is a full time, hybrid position.
