The Pack Shift Lead has oversight and task management of the pack room and it--------s processes. They are responsible for facilitating all training, coordination of tasks, and workflow of the assigned Guides each day.

  • Responsible for the oversight and supervision of the entire Reserve Ahead Pack Process from ecommerce order retrieval to fulfillment
  • Lead and supervise the pack areas and processes by maintaining professionalism, focus, workflow, standard operating procedures, and identifying and fixing errors
  • Perform quality control checks on all orders to ensure they are packed accurately and vouchers and discounts are applied correctly
  • Responsible for picking products, fulfilling/receiving, ensuring products are bagged, and compliantly labelled
  • Communicate mistakes to packers and coach them on correct workflow. Log errors and report repeated mistakes to management
  • Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations
  • Collaborates with Call Center, Contact Team, and other associates to manage order changes accurately and compliantly
  • Reporting marketing and ecommerce errors to helpdesk
  • Support the needs of the business as determined by management
    • Age 21 or over
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID
      • At least 1 year Guide Experience
      • Ability to interact professionally at all times
      • Strong Communication skills both verbally and in written form
      • Excellent Organization and multitasking ability
      • High Energy, maturity and leadership skills
        • Ability to walk/stand for prolonged periods of time and perform computer processing operations
        • Must be able to accommodate a varying schedule based on operational needs
        • Ability to handle stress in performing multiple tasks
        • Ability to lift 30 lbs. unassisted
          • Are self-motivated; micro-managing isn--------t fun for anyone
          • Roll your sleeves up and do the work; strategy is important, but so is getting stuff done
