IT Desktop Technician II
is an on-site role in Marlborough, MA 01725. The pay rate is
maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems,
hardware, and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades,
or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains
user account information including rights, security, and systems
groups. Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product
failures, orders and replaces parts as needed. Network connection
issues, track network connections back to network switches.
Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support if
unable to resolve them. The candidate represents CompuCom in a
professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively
with customers and associates. Interacts with customers, responding
to routine technical questions or requests for

- Has a deep understanding of diagnosing,
troubleshooting, replacing PC/laptop hardware internal components
(motherboard, hard drives, RAM, CPU), and understanding of
troubleshooting PC software (Windows blue-screen, Outlook, connect
network printers) as well

availability to work scheduled hours.
Hours M-F 8 am-5 pm EST, no on-call.
should have 3-5 years’ experience supporting PC Hardware and
software, however a minimum of a year in desktop support would be
