Job Description:
Title: Certified OR Tech – Surgical Services Schedule: 8 Hour
Rotating Shifts Assignment Details: - Contract Length: 4 Weeks -
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Requirements: - Current AHA BLS
certification - Certification through NBSTSA - Minimum of 1 year of
experience - Recent OB experience in a busy, large (500 beds),
teaching hospital - Ability to scrub C/Sections and related
gynecological procedures Roles & Responsibilities: - Assist RNs
with tasks throughout the unit when not scrubbed. - Perform setup
and breakdown of surgical environments. - Carry out unit duties as
needed. Compliance / Notes: - All employment gaps over 90 days must
be explained. - Reliable transportation is required; personal or
rental vehicles are strongly recommended. - All season or snow
tires recommended from November to April.
