Salary: $160,000 - $185,000 per year A bit about us: Are you a
Employment Law Attorney seeking a new challenge? We are a dynamic,

Employment Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in counseling employers, drafting
employment contracts, and preparing employment policies. This is a
permanent, full-time position, offering a unique opportunity to

Responsibilities: 1. Provide comprehensive legal advice and support
to clients on a range of employment law issues, including but not
limited to employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances,
and redundancies. 2. Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of
employment contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with
current employment law. 3. Develop, implement, and update
employment policies and procedures in line with legal requirements
and best practice. 4. Represent clients in employment-related
disputes, both in court and before government agencies. 5. Conduct
thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential
risks and recommend appropriate courses of action. Job Details
Qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law
school. 2. Admitted to the state bar and in good standing. 3.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Employment Law Attorney. 4.
Proven track record in counseling employers, drafting employment
contracts, and preparing employment policies. 5. Excellent
negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to represent
