We are on the lookout for a seasoned Commercial Real Estate
Attorney with a passion for commercial real estate transactions,
acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. This is a
permanent position where you will be actively involved in a variety
of complex transactions, including retail leasing, office space
leasing, and industrial leasing. You will also be responsible for
the development and financing of commercial properties, the
drafting and negotiation of permanent loan agreements and
construction loan agreements, as well as conducting due diligence
and managing contracts, subleases, and ground leases. This
opportunity is perfect for a professional who thrives on challenges

holdings. Responsibilities Draft, negotiate, and review various
real estate documents including leases, purchase and sale
agreements, loan agreements, and development agreements. Conduct
due diligence reviews on commercial real estate transactions,
including title reviews. Advise clients on legal and tax
implications related to real estate transactions. Manage all legal
aspects of real estate transactions, from initial negotiation
through closing. Counsel clients on the acquisition, development,
and disposition of commercial properties. Coordinate with other
attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure all legal requirements
are met and processes are handled efficiently. Stay abreast of
current trends and changes in commercial real estate law to provide
up-to-date advice to clients. Qualifications Juris Doctorate (JD)
degree from an accredited law school. A minimum of 5-7 years of
experience in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions
Must be licensed to practice law in the state. Proficient in
drafting and negotiating permanent loan agreements, construction
loan agreements, and conducting due diligence. Experience in
managing contracts, subleases, and ground leases. Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Ability to work
independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a
fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment
to providing high-quality legal services. Demonstrated ability to
understand complex business issues and provide strategic legal
