Job Description:

Our client, a public health research and consulting firm located in the Seaport District in Boston, is seeking a Web and Social Media Specialist. This person will work in the Corporate Communication Department. Qualified candidates will have previous experience with creating email marketing campaigns and have web design experience. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply today! This is a full time role. Compensation begins at $40/hour.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create and update custom web pages in WordPress that are optimized for search engines.
* Coordinate inquiries and issues submitted by staff pertaining to the website and collaborate with the web services team.
* Tailor content and style targeting various online channels target audiences and platforms.
* Develop and edit multimedia assets to digital platform specifications as needed.
* Collaborate with the communications team to develop and implement the corporate communications strategy.
* Support the development and dissemination of corporate external and internal newsletters and manage corporate marketing listservs.
* Develop analytics reports to demonstrate effectiveness of online marketing efforts.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in WordPress.
* Understanding of SEO and how to target content to achieve it.
* Experience in the creation, implementation, and management of email marketing campaigns.
* Working knowledge of Falcon, Mailchimp, Hubspot, or other CMS.
* Experience online developing analytics reports.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
* Self-motivated, accountable, and able to take ownership of projects.
