Contract Recruiter

One of our clients in Healthcare/Technology is looking for a Contract Recruiter. Applicants must have great time management skills, be self-starters, and be able to manage self-directed work. Qualified candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be flexible, adaptable, and proactive.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring
Match with managers to learn their business, understand hiring needs, and attract talent
Source, attract, and recruit active and passive candidates
Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates
Recommend candidates for hire and extend offers of employment
Collaborate with Human Resources on all aspects of the recruitment process
Source talent using all resources and techniques available including social media, job boards, cold calling, job fairs, and networking
Identify real and potential talent acquisition and employment concerns and escalates to the appropriate Talent Acquisition Leadership team member
Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, human resource business partners, and organizations within the communities surrounding assigned locations



Qualifications:

Experience working in an agency, corporate environment, or a mixture of both
Strong engagement and communication abilities with an emphasis on negotiation and influencing
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
3 years of Talent Acquisition experience in a high-volume dispersed model or search firm environment required
