Human Resources Coordinator
One of our clients located in downtown Boston is seeking a Human
Resources Coordinator on a potential temporary-to-hire basis.
Responsibilities include working closely with hiring managers
across all departments and supporting them in their hiring needs.
The ideal candidate will have a patient and proactive mindset,
fantastic organizational and time management skills, and excellent

Candidates must be in the Boston, MA area and be able to commute
into the office, as this role will require on-site work.
Responsibilities:---
Post, maintain, and refresh job advertisements on various job
boards
Review resumes and direct qualified candidates to hiring
managers
Identify and pipeline candidates for the Human Resources team to
reach out to via LinkedIn and other job boards
Organize and schedule interviews across multiple time zones for
candidates and team members
Oversee onboarding and offboarding checklists for incoming and
outgoing employees
Initiate and monitor background checks
Coordinate various onboarding activities and events
Create, update, and maintain accurate personnel records and human
resources related files (i.e.: new hire paperwork, job changes,
manager changes, promotions, and payroll changes)
Maintain terminated employee records
Assist with administration of employee benefits plans including
healthcare, life, disability, and other benefits programs
Aid with the continuous audits of all Human Resources processes,
policies, and programs to ensure compliance with country-specific
employment laws
Support the annual employee performance evaluation process
Adhere to information security and privacy policies, procedures,
standards, and guidelines
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
2-3 years of experience in a role related to Human Resources
(Administrator, Coordinator, Recruiter, etc.)
Effective Human Resources administration and people management
skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Compensation: Temporary: $22/hour-$23/hour ; Permanent: $55K
