Job Description:
Every day, our cafes bustle with guests eager to experience
everything we have to offer, and our Sous Chefs play an important
role within our cafes. Our Sous Chefs manage the fast-paced energy
and high volume in the caf--, by working with the Caf-- Head Chef
to oversee all kitchen operations. The Sous Chef leads and inspires
the caf-- savory kitchen team to exceed our guest's expectations at
every opportunity by creating amazing dishes from scratch while
upholding the execution of Tatte's service and product standards.
The Sous Chef also embodies the passion we have for our savory team
members (prep cooks, line cooks, and dishwashers) by proactively
developing them as a team and as individual culinary professionals.
