Certified Surgical Technologist Location: Morrisville, VT Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $1,760 to $1,920 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $44.00 - $48.00/Hourly. Summary: A Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) assists surgeons, nurses, and other surgical team members during surgical procedures. The technologist prepares the operating room, sterilizes instruments, and ensures that all necessary surgical supplies and equipment are available for safe and efficient procedures. Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain a sterile operating room environment. Set up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies before procedures. Assist surgeons during surgery by passing instruments and supplies. Count surgical instruments, sponges, and supplies before and after procedures. Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments. Maintain patient safety and follow infection control protocols.
