Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to join

crucial role in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring the highest
standards of patient care. This position will offer the opportunity

medical technologies and practices. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will
be instrumental in fostering an atmosphere of empathy, healing, and
professionalism. Supervise and manage nursing staff, ensuring
adherence to established policies and the highest standards of
care. Coordinate nursing operations, scheduling, and activities,
balancing facility-based and home-based patient service
requirements. Perform regular evaluations of nursing practices and
staff performance, providing feedback and implementing changes as
necessary. Assist in developing and executing continuous education
and professional development programs for the nursing staff. Ensure
compliance with all healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize
patient health outcomes. Participate in the budget planning and
management processes related to healthcare services. Strong
leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and
interpersonal abilities Proficient in healthcare management
software and patient care systems In-depth knowledge of healthcare
regulations and standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license BLS (Basic
Life Support) Certification Preferred: MSN (Master of Science in
Nursing) or certification in Nursing Administration or
