Job Description:

This role involves delivering personalized and expert care both in facility-based settings and through home-based services, helping patients regain movement and improve their quality of life after experiencing injuries or illnesses. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute patient treatment plans that are compassionate, effective, and tailored to individual needs. Assess patient condition by conducting physical examinations and evaluating their needs. Develop treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques. Implement plans and monitor patient progress, adjusting as necessary. Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies and preventative measures. Complete documentation and communicate with healthcare team members to provide coordinated, holistic care. Adhere to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local requirements. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in using physical therapy software and equipment Adept at creating and executing treatment plans Capable of managing multiple patient cases effectively Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapy license Certification in CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) by the American Heart Association or equivalent
