Growing together. Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities: -
Conduct clinical evaluations - Develop and implement care plans,
which include prescribing and regularly evaluating and modifying as
appropriate - Provide consultation to Primary Care Providers and
other medical staff regarding behavioral health issues - Work
virtually from your home - Triage patients to the appropriate level

interested in. Required Qualifications: - Current Commonwealth of
Massachusetts APRN license and Board Certified as a Nurse
Practitioner - Active Federal DEA and Massachusetts MCSR
Certificate required or in process The salary range for this role
is $104,500 to $156,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay
is based on several factors including but not limited to local
labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
