a qualified Home Health RN in Newport, Vermont, 05855! Job Title:

Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8am - 5pm Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Must have a
driver's license in good standing Certifications: BLS required
Must-Have: Must have OASIS (Outcome and Assessment Information Set)
experience. Home Health and Hospice experience required. Experience
traveling from patient to patient for home visits. Must be able to
manage and adjust to changes in schedule. EMR system used is
HealthWyse (Careficient). Outpatient care experience is essential.
