working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Manchester, New Hampshire, 03103! Job Title: Registered Nurse

Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in a
fast-paced emergency room with strong pediatric presence. License:
Valid RN license required. Certifications: ACLS, CPI, PALS, TNCC
required. Must-Have: Experience with pediatric population
preferred. Epic experience required. Previous charge experience
preferred. Description: The Registered Nurse will provide care in a
dynamic emergency room setting. This role involves working with a
diverse patient population, including pediatric and adult patients.
The average daily census is around 70 patients with a total of 160
visits per day. There are 36 rooms and 50 beds in the facility.
Common patient diagnoses include fractures, abdominal pain, chest
pain, respiratory concerns, and oncological emergencies. Special
procedures include trauma alert activation and stroke alert.
Conscious sedation and cath lab activation are also part of the
responsibilities. The position requires triage skills and
management of dysrhythmias. The nurse will work collaboratively in
a team nursing approach. Weekend shifts are required every other
weekend. Personalizing care for patients across the lifespan is
essential. The role may include float duties to ICU and ED for
patient sitting and assistance. Interdisciplinary support includes
physical therapy, respiratory services, and social services among
others. Experience in a Level I or Level II trauma center is
