Job Description:
Join our dedicated team at Central Vermont Medical Center, a

of our community. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to play a crucial role in our
outpatient services department. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for delivering high-quality care under the supervision
of a registered nurse or physician, supporting the health and
wellness of our patients through both clinical duties and
personalized patient care. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
or disabled patients Monitor patient health and document nursing
care Assist in the implementation of patient care plans Communicate
with and educate patients and their families about treatment plans
Supervise nursing assistants and aides Prepare patients for, and
assist with, examinations and treatments Ensure the cleanliness and
safety of work areas Adhere to all facility policies and
procedures, including privacy and compliance procedures Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to effectively
handle high-pressure situations Highly organized and
detail-oriented Adept at patient health monitoring and performing
diagnostic tests Competency in administering medications and
treatments Proficiency in maintaining accurate patient records

Current LPN license in the state of Vermont CPR certification
required
