A community health system south of Boston, Massachusetts, has an opening for a Medical Director of Family Medicine to lead their team. About the position: Provide leadership to the clinical staff Maintain a clinical practice of 24 hours weekly Expanding our site space to include a new Retail Pharmacy Opportunities to precept residents and students at the health center 3providers Flexible schedule with no weekend requirements 1:1 ancillary support Patient-centered care model EPIC EMR Who we are seeking: MD or DO MA licensed or eligible 5 Years of experience Board-certified in Family Medicine ? Compensation/Benefits: Generous compensation and benefits package Guaranteed Loan repayment of $25k per year for 2 years, State, Federal, and Loan Forgiveness Programs 25 days of PTO plus 11 holidays and reimbursement for licensing and 5 days of CME plus $2500 Malpractice Insurance is covered by the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).
