Job Description A renowned healthcare community located in
Concord, MA, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to
join their team. About the Opportunity: Shift: Day Schedule: Monday
to Friday, with one weekend rotation Hours: Full-time or part-time,
consistent weekly schedule Responsibilities: Providing and
directing rehabilitation care based on accepted practice standards
Evaluating resident needs and establishing effective treatment
plans Coordinating treatment plans with staff and other disciplines
Participating in resident screenings as scheduled Providing
feedback on clinical and rehabilitation issues Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Current and active
Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts Familiarity with
government and regulatory guidelines in healthcare settings Strong
organizational skills and high attention to detail Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate approach to
patient care Team-oriented mindset Desired Skills: Experience
inOolder Adult Rehabilitation Knowledge of Healthcare regulations
Proficiency with NetHealth EMR system
