Physical Therapist Location: Springfield, VT Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $2,320 to $2,480 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $58.00 - $62.00/Hourly. Summary: We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team of health professionals in providing excellent health care in our facility. Typically, you'll be working with post-op patients to help them with recovery. You will be consulting with them to learn about their current condition and assess their patient evaluations in order to develop proper treatment plans. Responsibilities: Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition. Assessing and interpreting patient evaluations and test results. Developing treatment plans using a variety of treatment techniques. Creating personalized fitness-oriented health care programs for patients. Administering medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve mobility. Requirements Requirements: 2 years current PT experience Required. Updated CAQH Required in profile. NPI required in Profile. Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed. Must be able to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics. Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy Required. Previous Rehab Experience Required. Previous travel experience Required. CPSI EMR experience Highly Preferred.
