Position Job Opportunity – Infusion Center Registered Nurse –
Vermont Start Date: December 10, 2025 Location: Saint Johnsbury,
Vermont Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 48-hour weekly contract; orientation week guarantees 36
hours due to midweek start on Wednesdays Highlights: Provide direct
clinical care in a busy infusion center serving 15-20 patients per
day Administer IV medications and therapies following established
standards while monitoring patient response Coordinate scheduling,
prior authorizations, and clinical order reviews Work in a critical
access, community-focused facility designated Baby Friendly by the
World Health Organization Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
in a supportive, patient-centered environment Opportunity for
experienced travelers to begin assignment immediately Requirements:
Graduate of an approved RN School of Nursing Bachelor of Science in
Nursing (BSN) required Minimum of two years RN experience required;
one year acute care experience preferred Infusion RN and port
experience required Current Vermont or multi-state compact
Registered Nurse license Current BLS certification from the
American Heart Association Certified Registered Nurse Infusion
(CRNI) preferred Flu vaccination required with no exceptions Why
