A Massachusetts-based health services network is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to join its growing team in the Greater Boston area. In this role, the Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for the direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care.About the Opportunity:Setting: Rehab Unit, Long Term Care, Memory CareHours:1st shift: 7am-3pm with every other weekend2nd shift 3:00pm-11:00pm with every other weekend3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am with every other weekendResponsibilities:Direct day-to-day functions of Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, assuring compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies and processesComplete and ensure LPN and C.N.A. documentation of care and services rendered according to facility policies and proceduresComplete reports such as the 24-hour change in condition report, Incident and Accident reports, etc.,Provide immediate response to situations of resident risk, such as allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of propertyEnsure timely and accurate medication and treatment administrationCommunicate to the Physician and document changes in the resident's condition utilizing both objective and subjective nursing assessmentDocument and implement changes in nursing and medical plans of care.Perform other duties, as neededQualifications:1+ year of related Nursing experienceAssociate's Degree in NursingNYS Registered Nurse (RN) licenseDesired Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Nursingby Jobble
