Job Title: Emergency Department NurseMass General Brigham is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.About the Role:

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with current licensure in Massachusetts.
  • 2+ years of experience in Emergency Department nursing, with a focus on critical care.
  • ACLS and BLS certification required.
