About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Vascular Surgery Step-Down Unit at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients undergoing vascular surgery.Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care to patients with complex vascular conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and manage patient vital signs and medication regimens
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitionsRequirements
  • Current registration in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse
  • Experience in vascular and/or cardiovascular nursing preferred
