About the RoleMass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care.Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, ensuring accurate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs.
• Oversee other assigned team members and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care in accordance with BORN regulations and professional standards of care.
• Rotate to other surgical services departments as needed.Requirements
  • Current MA RN license
  • Minimum of one-year Operating Room RN experience
  • Completion of Periop 101 course or Periop Internship
