• Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and educating patients and families on health management.

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
