About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Leader to join our Interventional Radiology team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and leading our nursing staff in delivering high-quality care.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interventional nursing, with experience in leading intraprofessional teams and demonstrating excellent analytical thinking and observational skills. You will be responsible for prioritizing patient care, adhering to I.C.A.R.E. standards, and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and lead our nursing staff in delivering high-quality care
• Develop and implement nursing care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Lead intraprofessional teams and demonstrate excellent analytical thinking and observational skills
• Adhere to I.C.A.R.E. standards and prioritize patient careRequirements
  • BSN required, MSN preferred
  • Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
  • Applicable certification required within 1 year of hire
  • BLS and ACLS required
  • Excellent IV skills required
  • Recent clinical background in Interventional Nursing Required (Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology, Endoscopy)
  • Critical Care, ED, or PACU experience required
