Responsibilities
HRI Hospital is seeking Full Time and Part Time Mental Health
Workers. As a Mental Health Worker, you will:
- Monitor patient safety on the inpatient psychiatric units
- Assist nursing staff with patient treatment procedures
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Provide routine patient care as required in a psychiatric
environment
- Document and communicate unusual or erratic changes in client
behaviors
- Assist with patient groups and activitiesShifts:Day Shift:
7:00am - 3:30pmEvening Shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pmNight Shift: 11:00pm
- 7:30am Shift Differentials:Evening Shift: +$1.25/HourNight Shift:
+$2.00/HourWeekend Shift: +$1.50/Hour
- Note: The weekend shift differential is cumulative; Example - a
weekend evening shift would equate to a +$2.75 cumulative

with adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization

Qualifications
Requirements
- High School diploma; Bachelor's Degree in human services field
preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Physical Fitness - Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable working with patient in acute psychiatric
