You've worked hard for your credentialing, and we want you to use the knowledge that you've invested your time and talent in.Admin duties would include and not limited to:preparing surgical paperworkpreparing ultrasound paperworkchecking surgery and ultrasound patients indischarging the same patients follow up post-op phone callsscheduling surgery and ultrasound appts, calling to confirm and going over pre op instructionsproviding updates to clients during the day about their pet's surgery, etc.assisting in keeping track of surgical supplies inventory and orderingWillingness to join the team on the floor as needed Qualifications:Must have documented previous experienceHold a current CVT license or prior, extensive experience '---Must have surgery experience Customer service skillsWorking knowledge of computers and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communications and interpersonal skillsCapable of being cross-trained as receptionist and kennel assistantTeam player willing to learn new techniques and treatmentThrive in a fast paced, high volume environmentExcellent multitasking skills and ability to make efficient use of down timeThe salary range for this position is $17 - $28 / hourReady to grow with a collaborative and supportive team?
