This well-equipped healthcare facility islooking for anLicensed Audiologist. Your role is to perform Audiometric evaluations of hearing to determine the type and degree of hearing loss, assessment of hearing handicaps, and fitting and programming of amplification devices. Licensed Audiologist Responsibilities: Conducting Hearing Aid fittings, prescription, and fitting of amplification for hearing loss without medical intervention Ensuring proper calibration of diagnostic equipment according to national and professional association standards Performing hearing evaluations of patients by conducting audiometric evaluations of hearing sensitivity as well as the ability to discriminate speech Recording clinical results of findings in the Enterprise Medical Records Licensed Audiologist Qualifications: Must possess an activeMassachusetts Audiologylicense and CPR Certification 1 year of experience in providing audiology services in a recognized public or private agency or organization. Understanding of the social, psychological, and educational problems of the persons with hearing impairments and/or physical disabilities Knowledge of the therapy, principles, terminology, and practices of Audiology There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
