Job SummaryMass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead our Home Health team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient services.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage staff assignments, caseloads, and productivity to ensure optimal patient care.
• Evaluate staffing levels and clinical competence to ensure regulatory and organizational standards are met.
• Provide clinical guidance and coaching for complex situations, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
• Manage quality and fiscal outcomes, service utilization, targeted case mix, and productivity levels to drive business growth.
• Prepare and analyze reports to inform patient care and team performance decisions.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Rehab discipline required or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years progressively responsible clinical experience with at least 1 year recent home health experience.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience required.
  • Computer proficiency with working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn other software applications.
  • Local travel required.
  • Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
