ResponsibilitiesAssistant Performance Improvement & Risk Management CoordinatorHRI Hospital is seeking an Assistant Performance Improvement & Risk Management Coordinator to join our skilled and dedicated team of psychiatric professionals providing service excellence to our patients in a range of inpatient and partial programs and services. This is a 40 hour per week, salaried position.As the Assistant Performance Improvement & Risk Management Coordinator you will:

  • Complete medical records audits and compile data into a comprehensive data analysis. Report audit findings to appropriate departments, and educate clinical staff on medical record documentation standards
  • Assist in implementing and monitoring of the hospital-wide Quality Improvement Program utilizing the criteria set forth in Department policies and procedures.
  • Assist in implementing the Risk Management Program utilizing criteria set forth in Department policies and procedures, including internal incident reporting
  • Assist in implementing and sustaining compliance utilizing the criteria set forth in Department policies, procedures, regulations and standards
  • Review, log, and number incident reportsQualificationsRequirements
    • Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Experience: Two (2) years hospital or administrative experience
    • Physical Capability: Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and navigate stairs for prolonged periods of time. Able to lift 5-10 lbs.
    • Required Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Data Entry Skills
