The Dispensary Manager is the key leadership position overseeing all elements of the dispensary operations. They have ultimate accountability for ensuring successful day to day operations delivering an exceptional experience for the patients, customers, and employees.   • Report directly to the VP of Retail
  • Responsible and accountable for all daily operations onsite
  • Supervises Assistant Manager, Lead Guides and Guides Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Follow NETA Policies & Procedures for the daily operations to fully comply with state medical and Adult Use marijuana regulations
    • Train, guide, and coach the dispensary teams to ensure operational compliance
    • Analyzes operating and financial statements to meet goals and run a successful business
    • Focused and accountable to the financial and transaction goals for their store
    • Scrutinizes the daily operations of the dispensary, continuously looking for inefficiencies and identifying improvements
    • Works closely with the Retail Operations Manager to maintain accurate, tight staffing models that maximize productivity
    • Manages the recruitment, selection and onboarding process
    • Coaches, counsels, and applies progressive disciplinary action when necessary
    • Responsible for the performance management of the dispensary team
    • Create and maintain budgets, analyzes product sales patterns, patient trends
    • Is passionate about our products, cannabis, and our emerging industry
    • Is an active presence on the sales floor partnering with the team, patients and clients to understand areas of success and opportunity EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS YOU'LL BRING
      • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience preferred
      • Proven ability to lead a large and complex team, oversight of 100+ employees
      • Significant experience in retail business, management, and human resources
      • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, follow up, follow through and multitasking skills
      • Ability to be flexible with varying work hours based on business needs
      • Age 21 or over (Required)
      • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
      • Valid Government-Issued Photo ID (Required)
      • Are self-motivated; micro-managing isn't fun for anyone
