Job Description:
Description of Service Opportunity: Inspire young people to be
science and technology leaders and innovators by engaging them in
exciting mentor-based programs that build science, engineering, and
technology skills, that inspire innovation, and that foster
well-rounded life capabilities including self-confidence,
communication, and leadership. RSTA student participants spend time
after school and on weekends working with a team of undergraduates
at MIT to prepare for the regional competition. Minimum
Requirements: Employment as a RSTA Teacher in
Engineering/Technology. Excellent planning and organizational
skills, the ability to perform budgetary and bookkeeping tasks
related to Robotics. Availability on afterschool and weekends.
Length of Contract: September 1, 2025 through June 23, 2026
Contract Amount Flat Rate $4000.00
