What You’ll Do • Provide pull-out instruction in reading and study skills for students with IEPs • Develop and implement targeted lesson plans aligned to individual goals • Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with IEP requirements • Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff to align accommodations • Foster a structured, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment Experience You’ll Need • Massachusetts DESE license in Moderate Disabilities (5–12) or equivalent certification • Experience providing small-group academic interventions or specialized reading instruction • Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and progress reporting • Strong communication and organizational skills in a collaborative school environment
