Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A full-time Special Education Teacher position is
available in a K-12 public school setting located in Leominster,
MA. This contract role supports 9th and 10th grade students for the
current school year (CSY) with the opportunity for renewal based on
performance and school needs. Key Responsibilities: Serve as an
advisor for approximately 10 students, fostering consistent and
supportive relationships. Teach two academic support periods daily
aimed at enhancing student learning. Provide push-in support in ELA
and Math classrooms to assist students within the general education
environment. Collaborate with educators and case managers to
develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
Participate in Wednesday professional development sessions until
4:00 PM. Manage a focused caseload of approximately 15 high school
students. Qualifications and Requirements: Active Special Education
Teaching License (state-specific). Valid State SPED Teaching
Certification is mandatory. Experience working with high school
students is preferred. Ability to provide both push-in and pull-out
academic support. Strong collaboration and case management skills
are essential. Work Schedule and Details: 35 hours per week, Monday
through Friday, from 7:45 AM to 2:45 PM. Extended hours until 4:00
PM on Wednesdays for professional development. Follow the standard
school calendar including holidays and breaks. Benefits:
