Position Details: - Location: Hollis, NH - Setting: Elementary School, Preschool Classroom - Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM 2:50 PM (26 hours per week) - Duration: Full Semester Contract, starting ASAP through June 17, 2026 - Openings: 1 position available Key Responsibilities: - Provide one-on-one and group support to preschool students with special education needs - Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support student development - Assist in classroom management and flexibility when rearrangements are necessary - Collaborate closely with educators and specialists to meet individualized educational goals - Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students Qualifications and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Behavioral experience as a paraprofessional within a school setting, preferably with an SPED population - ABA training or relevant experience is essential - Must provide at least one completed reference prior to candidate submission - Reliable transportation for daily commuting - Ability to successfully complete district fingerprinting and onboarding requirements - Comfortable participating in a virtual Zoom interview as part of the screening process This role provides a meaningful opportunity to make a difference in young learners lives by leveraging behavioral knowledge and proactive classroom involvement.
