A large scale Connecticut based GC is seeknig a Project Manager
for projects up to $100M. Client Details Our client is a

HOURS! Description Main duties and responsibilities of the Project
Manager include the following: Lead all phases of construction
projects from preconstruction through closeout. Manage budgets,
schedules, subcontracts, and client communications. Coordinate with
superintendents, design teams, and owners to ensure timely and
high-quality delivery. Track project milestones and proactively
address risks and issues. Foster strong relationships with clients,
consultants, and subcontractors. Contribute to a collaborative,
solutions-driven project team. Profile In return for a generous
compensation package, the successful candidates will possess the
following: 8 years of experience building ground up projects
Experience managing projects from start to finish Excellent
communication & time-management skills Familiarity with Procore and
other softwares The ability to lead a team effectively and
efficiently Job Offer The right candidate will receive Up to $
160,000 base salary bonus structure 401K plan and employer
