Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Full-Time or Part-Time Automotive Technician – Gas and Light-Duty Diesel We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Technician to join our growing team. Whether you specialize in gas, light-duty diesel, or both—we want to hear from you! If you’re a general tech with an interest in diesel engines, diagnostics, or performance work. About the Role: Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM No weekends required Overtime available but not mandatory Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Work Focus: Routine maintenance, diagnostics, general repairs (basic to major), and performance upgrades—from mild to wild Work Environment: Clean, climate-controlled shop – warm in the winter, cool in the summer Tools & Equipment: Access to the latest factory and aftermarket diagnostic and testing equipment Key Responsibilities: Inspect and repair vehicles with diesel and/or gas engines Perform routine services, including oil changes , brake work, front end components, tires and engine and transmission replacement and/or wiring Run and interpret diagnostic tests using advanced diagnostic equipment Write detailed inspection reports and develop clear repair plans Collaborate with fellow technicians to ensure efficient and accurate repairs Stay current with industry’s best practices and manufacturer updates through training What We Offer: Competitive pay scale based on experience Health insurance 401(k) retirement plan match Uniforms provided Paid Vacation Paid training and certification opportunities (including MA State Vehicle Inspector License – we’ll send you if you don’t have it) A stable, long-term opportunity with a supportive and experienced team Who We’re Looking For: Technicians with experience in gas and/or light-duty diesel engines General automotive techs eager to learn and grow in diesel or performance repair Professionals interested in cutting-edge diagnostics , performance upgrades , and modern repair technology Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and collaborative Note: Automotive experience is required .
