Tax Manager - C-Corps/Provisions - Waltham, MA (Greater Boston
Area) Who: A seasoned tax professional with strong experience in
C-Corporations and a solid understanding of partnership taxation.

staff, and act as the primary client contact across diverse

Overview: The Tax Manager will support the newly established
Waltham market by managing tax compliance engagements, anticipating
tax and business issues, and identifying value-added planning
opportunities, while developing and guiding junior professionals.
Key Responsibilities: ? Manage client relationships and serve as
the primary point of contact for workflows, deadlines,
deliverables, and communications. ? Review complex tax returns,
including tax provisions/ASC 740 work. ? Solve tax challenges for
clients in Technology, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Venture
Capital, and Consumer Goods. ? Lead, mentor, and train Tax Staff
and Seniors in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. ? Apply strong
project management, analytical, communication, and client service
skills. Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s
preferred. ? Active CPA license required. ? 5 years of public
accounting experience, including 2 years in a managerial role. ?
Strong background in C-Corporations. ? General understanding of
partnership taxation, especially equity investment structures. ?
Tax Provision/ASC 740 experience is a plus. ? Ability to understand
