Key Responsibilities: Support the Controller in overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closes Prepare regulatory and financial reports, including call reports and other bank filings Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff Assist with audits, internal controls, and system improvements What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a bank or financial institution Knowledge of regulatory reporting and GAAP Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and leadership potential INJUN2025 ZRCFS LI-JK3
