Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an HR/Interviewer job in Natick, MA. This is a temporary opportunity. As an HR/Interviewer you will be responsible for balancing a high volume of candidates through the interviewing process. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

The interviewer for the Engineering Development program will be responsible for balancing a high volume of candidates through the interviewing process. The interviewer will conduct behavioral interviews with Master level college graduates in engineering. In addition, the interviewer will assist with coordination of interviews, travel arrangements and recruiting events such as College Days.

(1) Conducting behavioral interviews with Master level college graduates in Engineering

(2) Assisting with travel arrangements and coordination of interviews and events such as College Days

(3) Analysis of interviewing data and identify trends in candidate flow. Work with HR and EDG managers to identify and implement process improvements.

(4) Train additional contractors as needed to assist in conducting behavioral interviews with Master level college graduates in engineering and intern candidates

At least 2 years of HR, Administrative or Customer Service experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills

The ability to produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation

Computer proficiency (MS Office/Outlook/Excel)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Must be able to type a minimum of 60 WPM

Experience conducting behavioral-based interviews is a plus

10% travel to college fairs
